One of the easiest ways to save money on Amazon is using the Paribus app.

Paribus searches your emails to find refund opportunities when there has been a price change on items that you already bought! Paribus is kinda the middleman between you and Amazon doing all the hard work of filing the paperwork to get the refund for you.

You can also connect your Amazon account to Paribus for an get refunds back even quicker!

Paribus works the best when you do a lot of shopping online…which is usually Christmas time. Also check out my Paribus Review to find out exactly how it works!

Amazon Review Sites

These Amazon review sites let you get products from Amazon for an amazing discount or sometimes FREE! The products go FAST, so you have to be paying attention in order to get the best deals. You have to follow through and leave a review.

Snagshout – The products on this list seem more expensive. It also seems like there are better quality products posted here.

AmzReviewTrader – Merchants contact you directly to see if you want to review their product based off of the profile you create. They work to connect users with products that actually fit the consumer.

Deals For Reviews – Use special coupon codes sent out daily to review Amazon Products.

Amazon Review Club – This one works hard to post good reviews. They will connect you with the seller to try and get any issues resolved so that you can leave a positive review.

Tips & Tricks to Get the Best Price at Amazon

There are some really great tips and tricks out there to help you save the most by shopping on Amazon. Here I’ve given you my 10 favorite ways to save money with Amazon.

Cart Trick

This is a fairly easy trick. All you have to do is place an item you want to buy in your cart then just hang on to it for a day or two (maybe longer). Amazon will keep reminding you that you have the item in your cart and if it stays there long enough the price will drop. Then you can buy it at the lowest price.

2 Browser Trick

Amazon Prime saves you on shipping every time you order. We buy everything from Christmas presents to diapers, paper towels, and toilet paper! Sometimes the prices for items with free shipping are a little bit higher. A little trick you can do to get the cheaper price is sign into Amazon on a browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox), search for the item you want and place it in your cart. Then open Amazon in a different browser (which ever one you didn’t use) and DO NOT sign in but still look for the item you want to purchase. If the item is cheaper place it in the cart and then sign in to your account to purchase. Do you want to Try Amazon Prime 30-Day Free Trial? We love it!

Amazon Wish List

Amazon Wish List is another great way to save online. It’s Amazon’s way of tracking the items you are interested in buying. You can use this for birthdays, Christmas, and you can also use it for yourself.

Amazon will automatically track your items on your wishlist and email you when the price of the item drops saving you MOO-LAH!

Shop with Ebates or Swagbucks

If you aren’t familiar with Ebates you can check out this article here that explains how Ebates works. It’s a great way to save while shopping online! You can sign up with Ebates through my link to earn $10 right away!

Swagbucks is another easy way to shop online and save! While you can earn points for doing things like take surveys, search online, or watch tv our goal today is to save on Amazon purchases.

Instead of earning cash you earn “swagbucks” which can be converted into Amazon gift cards. You can also use any coupon codes or discounts you may have to double your savings.

Follow Amazon on Social Media

Amazon will post deals on their Facebook and Twitter accounts. Especially during the holiday season it’s a great way to stay up on deals that happen fast!

Take Advantage of Amazon’s Special Deals

Amazon Deal of the Day

Amazon makes it super easy to find deals! Head over to Amazon.com  where you will find across the top menu “Today’s Deals.” Christmas is a busy season for daily deals so you will definitely want to check in on this often.

Amazon Lightening Deals

“Lightening Deals” are similar to “Deal of the Day” and can be found on the menu under “Today’s Deals.” The difference between these “Lightening Deals” and “Deal of the Day” is that “Lightening Deals” have less quantity so they tend to go quick!

Two things to help you get the deal:

  • Place the item in your cart. You have 15 minutes to purchase once you have placed it in the cart.
  • Join the waitlist. If there is an option to join the waitlist sign up and there is a good chance you will get the deal!

Amazon Price Protection

Amazon offers price protection (price matching) on televisions. You have 30 days to find a cheaper price and then you may qualify for a refund.

You may find that Amazon will offer price protection on other items for up to 7 days after purchase.

It’s important to remember that you may not receive a refund. If you have found a cheaper price, then contact Amazon through their chat for quickly and easily to ask for the price protection service.

*This doesn’t apply to Black Friday or Cyber Monday, items must be sold or fulfilled by Amazon, and refund is given as an Amazon gift card.

Amazon Warehouse Deals

Amazon Warehouse offers deals on used items. The Warehouse Deals section is located in two places.

You can click Amazon Warehouse Deals to take you directly to the Amazon Warehouse section. The other way you can get to the warehouse is by clicking on “Used,” you can get there when looking at a specific product page. While looking at the prices, click on “Used” near the top of the page and it’ll take you there.

Amazon Outlet Deals

Amazon Outlet is another way to save! Amazon Outlet is where Amazon sells overstocked items, markdowns, or clearance items. These items are new, but at a deep discount. Amazon’s most popular categories usually have outlet deals, but not every category on Amazon has outlet deals.

You may be able to score a great gift at a big discount through Amazon Outlet.
